The company Fricke und Mallah Microwave Technology GmbH in Peine / Lower Saxony has been a leading manufacturer of microwave heating and drying systems as well as microwave components (generators, coupling systems, RF measurement technology) since its foundation in 1995. We have developed and built microwave rotary kilns and continuous furnaces for the heat treatment of various products under different atmospheres (normal atmosphere, vacuum, overpressure).
We develop and manufacture high-quality microwave systems for the wood, ceramic and life industries up to 1 MW microwave power!
As high voltage power supplies, we have developed and manufactured innovative Switch Mode Power Supplies up to 6 kW. The Power Supplies (inverter technology) are characterized by low weight and smaller dimensions than conventional high-voltage power supplies (transformer technology). In addition, they allow a more precise power setting and cause a longer life of the magnetrons!
We have been developing and manufacturing very compact, intelligent and inexpensive industrial Solid State Microwave Generators with 915 MHz and 2.45 GHz, where frequency and phase adjustment, as well as automatic power adjustment, are possible. This semiconductor-based microwave technology can solve the problems of homogeneity of the microwave field and power matching, which are known and automatically arising in magnetron technology, without great technical effort. This significantly increases the efficiency of converting microwave energy into thermal energy in the heating or drying chamber. We have a very efficient simulation department for electromagnetics and thermodynamics, consisting of 4 experienced engineers with many years of professional experience. We use CST Studio Suite software for modelling microwave chambers, absorber zones and microwave coupling systems (antennas).
