The establishment of a local ambassador in high priority target countries is an efficient strategy to better access to market intelligence and to provide higher added-value services to the SMEs, which would not be possible from Europe.

Therefore, AdPack2 will need to carefully identify and interact with organisations or individual representatives that can play the ambassador role in each of the target countries. AdPack2 will also negotiate the responsibilities, activities and conditions for the implementation of the ambassador function, which will start working for the benefit of AdPack2 SMEs.
