During the 10 years of its existence the company Plasmanitriertechnik has become a special offerer for plasma heat and surface treatment. Besides the heat treatment procedures plasmanitriding, plasmanitrocarburi-zation and following oxidation of metals, atmospheric plasma treatment for cleaning and activation of textiles, plastics and other materials is offered. With the construction of an own plasma nitriding machine, the basis for an own equipment construction was created in the last years. The special plasma nitriding procedure that was constantly improved in the company is characterised by good results, even at low termperatures.
Therefore at low temperatures tempered steels and materials with passiv layers like corrosion resistent steel and titan alloys can be treated very well. In additon you get accurate parts with minimum curvature when treating case-hardening steel, heat tretable steel and tool steel owing to the use low temperature. The comparatively small need of energy is of special advantage. In addition to the plasma heat treatment of several tons of steel in order of more than 200 customers from the sector of mechanical engineering, tool construction and construction of vehicles, the company takes part in innovative development projects like plasma-polishing. This is to contribute to the further positive development of the company.
